AMANAT AYAHANDA GHAZALI MUHAMMAD NUR

BISMILLAHIRRAHMAANIRRAHIIM

My Beloved Sons

Ayah have grouped the following Al-Quran Al-Karim verses which relate to the womb (kinship) that Ayah mentioned in the Amanat Ayahanda Ghazali Muhammad Nur on Saturday 18 Syaaban 1428 Hijriyah, 1st September 2007

"And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you (in the Cause of Allah), they are of you. But kindred by blood are nearer to one another (regarding inheritance) in the decree ordained by Allah. Verily, Allah is the All-Knower of everything". (V8:75)

"....... and fear Allah through Whom you demand (your mutual rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allah is Ever an All-Watcher over you". (V4:1)

"Worship Allah and join none with Him (in worship); and do good to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, Al- Masakin (the poor), the neighbour who is near of kin, the neighbour who is a stanger, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (you meet), and those (slaves) whom your right hands possess. Verily, Allah does not like such as are proud and boastful". (V4:36)

" And give to the kinsman his due and to the Miskin (poor) and to the wayfarer. But spend not wastefully (your wealth) in the manner of a spendthrift". (V17:26)

" And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none but Allah (Alone) and be dutiful and good to parents, and to kindred, and to orphans and Al-Masakin (the poor), and speak good to people [i.e. enjoin righteousness and forbid evil, and say the truth about Muhammad S.A.W.], and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat. Then you slid back, except a few of you, while you are backsliders". (V2:83)

"....... and gives his wealth, in spite of love for it, to the kinsfolk, to the orphans, and to Al-Masakin (the poor), and to the wayfarer, and to those who ask, and to set slaves free, performs As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and gives the Zakat, and who fulfil their covenant when they make it, .......". (V2:177)

" So give to the kindred his due, and to Al-Miskin (the poor) and to the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek Allah's Countenance; and it is they who will be successful'. (V30:38)

"....... and giving (help) to kith and kin (i.e. all that Allah has ordered you to give them, e.g., wealth, visiting, looking after them, or any other kind of help), ......". (V16:90)

" They ask you (O Muhammad S.A.W.) what they should spend. Say: 'Whatever you spend of good must be for parents and kindred and orphans and Al-Masakin (the poor) and the wayfarer, and whatever you do of good deeds, truly, Allah knows it well". (V2:215)

" Those who break Allah's Covenant after ratifying it, and sever what Allah has ordered to be joined (as regards Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism, and to practise its laws on the earth and also as regards keeping good relations with kith and kin*), and do mischief on earth, it is they who are the losers". (V2:27)

(*) Narrated Jubair bin Mut'im r.a. that he heard the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. saying, "Qati' (the person who severs the bond of kinship) will not enter Paradise". [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 8/5984]
